already has in their home and with using limited funds and
inexpensive changes making it more attractive to buyers.
Staging a home consists of accentuating the positives and
down playing the negatives of a home. It is the art of
putting people in a state of ease or comfort in your home by
making an emotional connection with them. When a home is
staged correctly it presents an image of tranquility and
organization which puts a person into a state of ease. When
a person is a state ease in a home they want to remain
there. They will want to buy your home because they
associate that feeling with your property and they want the
same feeling for the home they are going to purchase.
People buy homes based on need but the thing distinguishes
one property from another is the emotion or feeling that a
person receives when they are in the home. You want the
emotion that a person receives from home to be one that
causes them to want to buy it not move to the next property.
